Plaintiff, the Federal Trade Commission (the “FTC”) brings this civil action against Defendant Christopher Mallett (“Mallett”), alleging that Mallett has engaged in deceptive practices in the course of marketing debt-, tax-, and mortgage-relief services to consumers through a series of websites.
