The relevant facts in this workers’ compensation case are as follows: Appellee-claimant’s husband died in a work-related accident. At the time of his death, he had been employed by appellant-employer for the preceding two-and-one-half years as the driver of an escort vehicle. He was not hired to work a specified number of hours per week at a specified hourly, daily or weekly salary. Instead, his employment was entirely intermittent.
