HIGGINS, Judge.

The plaintiffs, husband and wife, claim from the defendant, daughter and sole heir of the deceased, Andrews' Bailaron, the sum of $300 for board, lodging, nursing, and laundry, which indebtedness is alleged to have been incurred by the deceased over a period of four months and four days prior to his death.

Defendant answered admitting that her father had lived in the household of plaintiffs during the period of time in question and pleaded payment, and, in the alternative, that the amount demanded was excessive.
