Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered May 3, 1968 in Ulster County, which denied plaintiff’s motion for temporary alimony and counsel fees, and granted defendant’s cross motion to dismiss so much of the complaint as seeks support and maintenance.
