This is an action brought by appellee against appellant for damages occasioned by the death of Carl Spiegel, the minor son of appellee, which death is alleged to have been caused by the negligence of appellant in operating one of its cars on Main street, in the city of Evansville, Indiana. The direction of Main street is a little east of north, and appellant company has a double street-car track near the center of said street.
