Cassandra Wiltz, acting pro se, appeals the July 12, 2006, order of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey denying her all requested relief.

Wiltz worked for defendant Plainfield Area Regional Sewerage Authority (“PAR-SA”) until November of 1999. Following the termination of this relationship, she was indicted for burglary and computer theft for the alleged unauthorized removal or destruction of files from the PARSA offices. A jury found her not guilty of burglary on July 9, 2004, and the government voluntarily dismissed the computer theft charge on August 23,…
