BOOTH, Circuit Judge.

This was a suit brought by appellee, hereafter called plaintiff, against the appellants, who were respectively delinquent tax collector, sheriff, treasurer, and tax ferret, of Creek county, Okl., to enjoin them from selling under tax warrants for delinquent personal property taxes certain real estate owned by plaintiff in that county. Jurisdiction rested on diverse citizenship and the requisite amount involved.
