THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment on: Plaintiffs Second Amended Complaint to Recover Damages for Discrimination and Retaliation and for Violations of Constitutional Rights, filed November 6, 2013 (Doc. 38)(“MSJ”).
