PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 1. Michael Townsend was indicted by a grand jury in Claiborne County, Mississippi, on Count I aggravated assault of Antonio Hill, Count II aggravated assault of Shirley Darden, and Count III possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
