¶ 1. A Hinds County grand jury indicted Darrell Tillis for the murder of Michael Olowo-Ake. After hearing all the testimony presented at Tillis’s trial, a jury found Tillis guilty of manslaughter pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated section 97-3-35 (Rev. 2006).
