Upon conviction by a jury in the Superior Court of assault by means of a dangerous weapon, unlawfully carrying a firearm, and malicious destruc*988tion of property, the defendant was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment. (Convictions on other indictments were placed on file with the defendant’s consent and, therefore, are not before us. Commonwealth v. Richards, 384 Mass. 396, 397 n.l [1981].)
