Court of Appeals for the First Circuit

1Opinion of the Court

HOWARD, Chief Judge.

Jerome Hudson pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to possession of ammunition by a felon. See 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Based upon his criminal history he was sentenced as an armed career criminal. See 18 U.S.C. § 924(e)(1). On appeal, he claims error in his designation as an armed career criminal and also in the calculation of his Guideline Sentencing Range (“GSR”)- We affirm Hudson’s classification as an armed career criminal. In light of the government’s concession of error in the calculation of Hudson’s GSR, we vacate his sentence and remand.
