Carolee Stephenson and Bettylu Stephenson (Carolee, Bettylu, or collectively, Appellants) seek review of the Trial Court’s orders denying Carolee’s motion to quash and overruling Appellants objection to commissioners’ report in the condemnation action of Western Farmers Electric Cooperative, Anadarko, Oklahoma (WFEC).
