Reversing.

In September, 1912, it was determined by tbe general council of Lexington, a city of tbe second'class, to construct and install a sewage purification and disposal plant, also a storm water system, and complete what was known as tbe northern main sewer of tbe city, which bad theretofore been partially constructed.
