OPINION
{¶ 1} Appellant appeals the judgment of the Probate Court denying his request to admit his father's last will and testament for probate.
STATEMENT OF FACTS AND CASE
{¶ 2} This case involves the admission of decedent, Dennis D. Pittson Sr.'s Last Will and Testament to Probate. Mr. Pittson died on July 9, 2007. On October 29, 2007, Diana Orlando, the decedent's daughter, filed an application to administer the estate.
