SAYLOR, Judge:

This is an appeal by Equitable Financial Management, Inc. (“Equitable”) from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County entering judgment in favor of Appellee, John W. Trade. We affirm.

John Trade filed a civil action seeking money damages for injuries sustained by him as a result of an incident which occurred in the rear of Donati’s restaurant during the early morning hours of June 29, 1988.
