Before the Court are cross-motions for summary judgment on this claim by the chapter 7 Trustee, Allan B. Mendelsohn (“Plaintiff’) seeking damages for alleged legal malpractice by the Defendants, M. Carl Levine, Morgulas & Forman, P.C., Jerrold L.
