BALDOCK, Circuit Judge.

Based on a series of calls to 911 from an anonymous tipster, a Tulsa, Oklahoma police officer initiated an investigatory stop of a truck in which Defendant David Lerone Copening was a passenger. Thereafter, police detained Defendant via a “felony takedown.” A grand jury indicted Defendant with being a felon in posses sion of a firearm and ammunition, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Following the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress, Defendant entered a conditional guilty plea. See Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2). On appeal, Defendant challenges the underlying…
