Missouri Red Quarries, Inc. (“Employer”) appeals the October 26, 2010 decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“the Commission”) that David Croney (“Claimant”) was eligible for unemployment compensation benefits from June 13 through September 11, 2010 because he was available for work.
