Pending before the court is an appeal by Harvey Gulf International Marine, Inc. (“Harvey Gulf’) from the Bankruptcy Court’s memorandum opinion granting ap-pellee, Bennu Oil & Gas, LLC’s (“Bennu”) motion for summary judgment and the amended judgment. Dkt. 2, Ex. 2 at 1597, 1793. After considering the arguments, the related briefing, the evidence of record, and the applicable law, the Bankruptcy Court’s order granting summary judgment is AFFIRMED.
