LORD, Senior Judge.

Charles Stevens (Claimant) appeals a Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) order which reversed a Workers’ Compensation Judge’s (WCJ) decision granting his reinstatement petition pursuant to the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act *1084(Act), Act of June 2, 1915, P.L. 736, as amended, 77 P.S. §§ 1-1041.4.
