Before me is the debtor’s amended objection to the amended proof of claim, docketed as claim # 8, filed by Mr. Luan Tota, Va Branzino Restaurant. This creditor asserts an unsecured claim totaling $234,160.55 in connection with the lease of commercial real estate located at 259-61 South 17th Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
