OPINION

QUILLEN, Judge:

This opinion concerns a motion to intervene in the case of Bramble Transportation, Inc. v. Sam Senter Sales, Inc. filed by Walter E. Heller & Company, a Florida corporation, pursuant to Superior Court Rules, Civil Rule 24, Del.C.Ann.

The facts before the Court are as follows: On May 12, 1970, Bramble Transportation, Inc., a Delaware corporation, filed a complaint in this Court claiming that Sam Senter Sales, Inc., a Florida corporation, owed plaintiff $10,825.20 for freight charges.
