The plaintiff alleges, that at her suggestion, her husband pm-chased the land for her, and that she furnished the money for all the payments that were made. For the present this question is settled by the verdict. The testimony touching it was submitted under fitting instructions, the first of which was, — “ She must show that the property was bought for her; that she had the means to buy with; and that she applied those means in payment of the purchase money.
