This is an adversary proceeding in which the plaintiffs, Herman Castillo and Janet Castillo (the “Plaintiffs” or the “Castillos”) seek to bar the discharge of the Debtor, Aníbal Casado, M.D. (the “Debtor”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C.
