MEMORANDUM OPINION

THIS MATTER comes before the Court pursuant to the Motion of David J. Romano (“Romano”) and Glenna Jane Roach (“Roach”) to Modify the Automatic Stay (the “Motion”) filed on January 8, 1999, and the Objection and Response (the “Objection”) of Bison Resources Corporation, Debtor (“Bison” or “Debtor”), to the Motion. An eviden-tiary hearing in the matter was held on February 3, 1999 (the “Hearing”). William Grimm appeared as attorney for Bison.
