This is a petition by Domingo Bastidas seeking review by this court of the determination by a special inquiry officer of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, subsequently approved by the Board of Immigration Appeals, that Bastidas was statutorily ineligible for suspension of deportation. Petitioner Bastidas’s deportation will result in the permanent separation of Basti-das and his two young children from each other.
