delivered the opinion of the court:

Jean L. Hoffman, claimant, sought workers’ compensation benefits for injuries sustained while she was employed by Caterpillar Tractor Company. An arbitrator awarded Hoffman, inter alia, permanent disability to the extent of 20% loss of use of the left hand and 10% loss of use of the right hand. Both parties petitioned for review before the Industrial Commission, which affirmed the arbitrator’s award. Caterpillar sought review in the circuit court of Wood-ford County by writ of certiorari.
