The appellant, Howard Henze, was convicted in the Criminal Court of Baltimore City of the crime of receiving stolen money, the property of the Mercantile Bant. The indictment under which he was tried is in these words:

“The jurors of the State of Maryland, for the body of the City of Baltimore, do on their oath present that H. Howard Henze, late of the City of Baltimore aforesaid, on the fifteenth day of December in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and twenty-four at the City of Baltimore aforesaid, one hundred thousand dollars current money of the value of one hundred thousand dollars…
