This is an application by three citizens, claiming to he taxpayers of the defendant borough, for a writ of certiorari to review the action of the Borough Commission of the Borough of Longport, in awarding a contract to LayneNew York Company, Inc., for the construction and installation of a gravel filter well and water pumping equipment in the Borough of Longport.
