McCALEB, Judge.
On July 1, 1935, the district court entered its final judgment dismissing the plaintiffs suit. On the following day plaintiff applied for ahd obtained an order for a devolutive appeal to this court, the return day here being July 31, 1935.
In lieu of furnishing bond, the appellant was allowed to proceed in forma pauperis under the provisions of Act No. 156 of 1912, as amended by Act No. 260 of 1918, and by Act No. 165 of 1934 and was, therefore, not required to furnish an appeal bond.
