OPINION
DIANE WEISS SIGMUND, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is the Complaint of debtor/plaintiff, Maryetta Williams (“Debt- or”), asserting violations of the Truth in Lending Act (referred to as the “TILA” or the “Act”), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., against defendant BankOne, National Association Trustee (“BankOne”). At the conclusion of the trial, I took this matter under advisement. Upon consideration, I grant judgment in favor of the Debtor and against BankOne.
