IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF MONTANA HELENA DIVISION DEWAYNE BEARCHILD, CV 14–12–H–DLC Plaintiff, vs. ORDER LARRY PASHA, Defendant. Before the Court is Defendant Larry Pasha’s application for taxation of costs. (Doc. 373). After prevailing at trial, Mr. Pasha seeks taxation of costs on $128.48 in witness fees and $2,300.00 in copy fees, for a total of $2,428.48. (Id.)
