This is a contract dispute involving the alleged failure to pay certain commissions. Jurisdiction is based on diversity of citizenship. Plaintiff Jeremy Paradise is a former employee of Defendant Eagle Creek Software Services, Inc. He has brought suit against Eagle Creek and his former supervisor, Kenneth Behrendt.
