Plaintiff, Illinois Interior Finish Company, filed its bill of complaint in the circuit court to enforce its claim for mechanic’s lien as a subcontractor against Ben Poenie, contractor, Tillie H. Novak, the owner of the premises described in the bill of complaint, Charles W. Novak, her husband, the Chicago Title & Trust Company, as trustee under the trust deed on record against the premises and the unknown owners of the indebtedness secured by such trust deed.
