Janet Susan Mangum (Mangum) appealed an order granting in part and denying in part her motion for return of property. By an opinion dated November 13, 1998, we reversed and rendered. No motion for rehearing was filed. On January 20, 1999, the State of Texas (State) filed a petition for discretionary review with the Clerk of this Court. The petition was timely filed under Rule 9.2(b).
