Petitioner Kathy Drew-King, acting Regional Director of Region 29 of the National Labor Relations Board, for and on behalf of the National Labor Relations Board (“Petitioner” or “NLRB”), commenced this action against Respondent Deep Distributors of Greater'NY, Inc: d/b/a The Imperial Sales, Inc.
