Plaintiffs appeal from an October 26, 2007 order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Lewis A. Kaplan, Judge), denying their Motion for Contempt and/or to Compel Compliance with the District Court’s judgment of September 17, 2004. See Latino Officers Ass’n v.
