THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon two motions for summary judgment, one filed by the municipal defendant, City of Cooper City (DE#-42), and one filed by the three individual police officers named as defendants in the Third Amended Complaint (DE# 44). Both motions were filed on February 28, 2002. On April 3, 2002, the plaintiff submitted her response to these motions, with the defendants submitting their respective replies on April 10, 2002.
