JACKSON, Justice.

Plaintiff has appealed from an order of the trial court sustaining a general demurrer to his amended petition and judgment in favor of defendants upon plaintiff’s refusal to plead further.

In substance, plaintiff alleged in his first cause of action that he was, at all times therein mentioned, the record owner of 16 shares of the capital stock of the Yukon Electric Company; that the defendants, John F.
