OPINION OF THE COURT

MARIS, Circuit Judge.

The question presented on this appeal is whether the district court abused its discretion in dismissing the complaint under the doctrine of forum non con-veniens. For the reasons which follow, we hold that under the circumstances of this case it was an abuse of discretion to decline jurisdiction.
