A1 Hamilton Contracting Company (Hamilton) petitions for review of an order of the Environmental Hearing Board (EHB) up*33holding a Department of Environmental Resources (DER) order requiring Hamilton to conduct a groundwater study at its Little Beth Mine Site located in Bradford Township, Clearfield County.
