The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission has charged that the respondent, Jeffrey A. Golding, violated the Professional Rules of Conduct for Attorneys at Law by neglecting the legal affairs of clients, failing to communicate with clients, failing to return materials to clients following termination of representation, and failing to respond to requests for information from the Disciplinary Commission.
