From an order denying their claim to the proceeds of bankrupt’s accounts receivable, D. C. Andrews &' Co. appeal.

GRAY, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal by the petitioners, D. C. Andrews & Co., from an order of the court below, sitting in bankruptcy, reversing an order of the referee herein, which granted the prayer of the petitioners for an order on the trustee in.bankruptcy to pay to the petitioners the sum of $4,158.81 out of the funds in his hands.

The petitioners had been doing business with A. K. Stiger, the bankrupt herein, for some time prior to January, 1911. At that time, Stiger was indebted to the petitioners in excess of the sum of $6,-000.00, for goods sold and delivered, and in December,…
