This action was brought by the Secretary of Labor under Section 17 of the Fair Labor Standards Act 1 to enjoin Instant Handling, Inc., and its general manager, Joseph E. King, from violating the Act’s minimum wage, overtime and record-keeping requirements and to restrain the continued withholding of unpaid wages due 63 employees during the period from January 1, 1964 to September 22, 1966.
