OPINION

{¶ 1} In this appeal Cynthia Carr ("Appellant") challenges the judgment entered against her by the Youngstown Municipal Court denying her request to withdraw her no contest plea for the offense of speeding 53 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone in violation of Youngstown City Ordinance § 333.03. The trial court subsequently imposed a sentence of 30 days in jail, with all but two of the days suspended, a fine of $250 plus court costs, and five years of non-reporting probation, during which time the court directed her to attend a remedial driving course.
