OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants/cross-appellees, Phillip S. Hubbell, et al., appeal a judgment of the Warren County Court of Common Pleas, awarding $301,700 in damages to plaintiffs-appellees/cross-appellants, Fairbanks Mobile Wash, Inc. and Hubbell's Cleaning Systems, Inc., on their claims for fraud and conversion. Fairbanks and HCS cross-appeal, arguing the trial court erred in finding against them on their claims for breach of fiduciary duty, loss in value, punitive damages, and attorney fees. We affirm.
