Counsel for the defendants in error made the following motion to dismiss the writ of error on the main bill: “Richard Haynes, Eula Mae Strowbridge and Jesse Strowbridge, as plaintiffs obtained a verdict and judgment in the lower court against Marvin Hartley, as defendant . . same being a joint verdict and judgment. Marvin Hartley made a motion for a new trial as to Jesse Strowbridge only, which motion was overruled.
