RULING
LITTLE, District Judge.
This admiralty action for limitation of liability arises out of the grounding of the M/V CHARLIE B and the attendant personal injury that Ira Gagnard suffered while on board. Before the court is our sua s-ponte motion to reconsider our earlier dismissal of the petition to limit liability.
I. FACTS
