The plaintiffs, E. Moran and wife, Mintie Moran, instituted this suit in the district court of Hardeman county against the defendants, Richard B. Borders and wife, Ruby Grigsby Borders, to recover the sum of $700 alleged to be due the plaintiffs by the defendants on a lease contract.

The plaintiffs alleged that about October 29, 1928, by written lease, they rented to the defendants for a period of five years certain improved property fully described, for the sum of $6,000, of which amount $1,200 was due on November 1, 1928, and the balance was due in monthly installments of $100, payable on…
